Movement for a Cause

Movement for a Cause began as a single inspiring idea to create a safe and welcoming space for queer community members to move, heal, and support Rainbow Railroad in their lifesaving work through trauma-informed workshops blending mindful movement, strength training, and somatic therapy. Our first event was a resounding success! A beautiful afternoon filled with solidarity, care, and queer joy. I am deeply grateful to everyone who showed up, breathed, moved, and fundraised to support LGBTQI+ people seeking safety.

Your presence and generosity built a warm, powerful space of connection, and thanks to this momentum, more Movement for a Cause events are now in planning around the city and online.
