Join us for an uplifting afternoon of movement, connection, and care, empowering yourself in a world that often tries to make you feel helpless. Our LGBTQI+ family and friends need us now more than ever, so let’s gather for a cause that truly matters!
This workshop is guided by three incredible instructors who are staples in the Montreal queer community. Each brings a unique approach rooted in care and empowerment. From intuitive movement with Elody Hafner, to strength training with Heidi Rubin, to mind-body regulation with Angela Boismenu, they create an inclusive environment that centers queer joy, resilience, and empowerment. Their dedication to fostering safety and connection makes this space truly special for everyone who joins.
Feel strong, safe, and empowered as you move with intention and care. Through intuitive movement, strength-building, and somatic work, you’ll tap into your body’s power while regulating your nervous system, surrounded by friends and allies who lift you up. This event is designed to create a space where everyone feels deeply safe, fully seen, and joyfully celebrated.
We come together to support Rainbow Railroad, an organization that helps LGBTQI+ people facing persecution based on their sexual orientation, gender identity and sex characteristics. In a time when there are more displaced people than ever, LGBTQI+ people are uniquely vulnerable due to systemic, state-enabled homophobia and transphobia.
Event spaces are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. To reserve your spot, simply include “RSVP: Yes” along with your name and contact information in the comment box when making your donation. Your place will be confirmed in the order donations are received, so donate early to ensure attendance and join us in supporting Rainbow Railroad’s life-saving work.
If you’re unable to attend but would still like to support, individuals and businesses are warmly invited to make donations in any form. Whether it’s monetary contributions, product or service giveaways, or food and drinks for the event. Every gift helps create a welcoming, nourishing space and makes a real difference for those who need it most. Your generosity, in any form, is deeply appreciated.
2 spots will be reserved for BIPOC/trans folx at no charge, and 6 sliding scale tickets available for this event, reserved for community members who need it most. These spaces cannot be claimed through the donation page and are only available by reaching out directly to our team. If cost is a barrier, please reach out…we want this space to be accessible and welcoming for all.
