COVID-19 PROTOCOL

upon arrival

Ring the door and enter the foyer. You must sanitize hands immediately upon arrival using the pump dispenser on the left wall shelf. Close and lock the door only AFTER you have sanitized your hands.
All personal items (including jacket, sweater, shoes, etc) must be left in the foyer in the designated guest space.
Angela will then open the foyer door and show you into the session space.
A mask must be worn at all times during your session. I will also be wearing my mask for the session. If you don’t have a mask, one will be provided. *Exception: while inside Infrared Sauna

Infrared therapy

Remove your mask just before entering the sauna.
When your sweat is over, wipe yourself down as much as possible before exiting the sauna.
Use the cool face cloth before putting your mask back on.
Put all used towels in wood basket once finished.
If using shower services, please use the large pump bottle of liquid body wash. Do not use any other bathroom products.

Since masks are mandatory during the duration of your visit, only the following styles/services will be offered:

I have invested in new props and equipment that are easier to clean and disinfect, and all items used will be sanitized/washed between clients.

*COVID SUPPLEMENTARY CONSENT *

Due to the infectious nature of COVID-19, this section must be completed before each session. Please know that those infected with COVID-19 can be asymptomatic and still be contagious. There is no way to completely protect ourselves from this virus. Please choose "Yes" if you can answer these questions truthfully and do everything asked so we can do our best to protect each other. If you answered "No", or have any of the listed symptoms, you will need to be tested and cleared by a medical professional prior to booking an appointment. 1. TESTING STATUS You have not tested positive for the virus or it's antibodies in the last 7 - 14 days. 2. SYMPTOMS You have not experienced any of the following symptom in the last 7 - 14 days. - Fever - Cough - Sore throat - Shortness of breath - Sudden loss of taste and smell? - Fatigue? - Chills - Nasal or sinus congestion - Sudden onset unexplained body aches 3. EXPOSURE You are not aware of having been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or anyone who has been exposed to someone with COVID-19? 4. TRAVEL You haven't done any air travel, domestic or international, recently, nor have you traveled to any places with a high infection rate, where people have not been isolating (no stay at home order), or been in any groups of people where social distancing was not observed. 5. PRECAUTIONS You have taken all precautions necessary to limit your exposure to the virus. 6. HIGH RISK CONTACT You do not spent time around anyone considered high risk, such as elderly with co-morbidities or immunocompromised family members. 7. REQUESTED ACTIONS Are you willing to wash or sanitize your hands upon entering my office and service/treatment.
