Resound: An Intimate Sound Therapy Experience

Experience the gentle power of sound to soothe, heal, and transform, all in a deeply personal and intimate setting. Resound is a carefully crafted sound therapy experience designed to help you reconnect with inner calm, release tension, and regulate your nervous system through the healing vibrations of sound and touch.

Using trauma-informed sound therapy techniques such as tuning fork acupressure, chanting, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and gentle massage, I create a safe and supportive space where you can fully relax and let go.

Whether you’re new to sound healing or familiar with its benefits, Resound invites you to immerse yourself in a small-group experience that honours your unique rhythm and pace.
